Title: Titanoeca nivalis?
Post by: Kevin Pfeiffer on May 04, 2011, 04:59:37 PM
What about Titanoeca nivalis? Has it been found in Norway, yet? I'd be curious to see a photo. It's in SpiMi and labelled "Holarctic". T. silvicola, which is synomized with it, is shown by Leech as occurring in the western United States and Canada.

@Kevin

It has been found up north, and it's redlisted as vulnerable (VU). This map was made by Åkra year 2000.

Magne.

Sadly, there have been no new findings since the original first one here in Norway. It is one of the species I hope will turn up this summer in Finnmark.
